My name is Aroha.

Welcome to my world; I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that the right people find each other at the right time, and perhaps today our paths have crossed because you're looking for something more. More clarity. More connection. More permission to trust your authentic self.

My purpose work is about helping people reconnect with who they truly are beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and stories they've carried for far too long. Through my gifts, intuition, creativity, and genuine human connection, I create spaces where people feel safe to explore, heal, grow, and remember the wisdom they already have within them.

My path hasn't always followed a straight line, and I wouldn't have it any other way. For more than two decades, I've worked as a professional photographer, capturing the beauty, vulnerability, and humanity of the people who have stepped in front of my camera. Photography taught me how to see people, often beyond what they could see in themselves. It became much more than creating beautiful images, it became a way of witnessing transformation for those of my clients who trusted themselves enough to get curious and go a little deeper to find their truth.

Alongside my creative work, guiding others through the use of my own intuitive abilities continues to expand and deepen. Over the years, I have embraced energy work to become a Reiki practitioner, alongside developing my mediumship abilities and my Intuitive Coaching practice. It’s been my own personal growth and journey that has brought me to the same purpose: helping people reconnect with themselves.

Like many women, midlife has invited me into a season of profound change. It asked me to slow down and question who I am becoming. It has given me the opportunity to rediscover what truly matters to me. That journey continues to shape everything I do today and comes from having the courage to dig deeper, as better questions and have the compassion to meet myself exactly where we are

Today, I bring together everything I've learned through my life experiences, my heartfelt connection to others, and the purpose I have to support others as they navigate their own unique journey.
